365 Project: Weeks 1-3

One of my goals for 2014 was to take one picture a day and complete a 365 project. I've started these before and never finished. I told ya'll how my sweet friend Alison has kicked butt at doing these for the last like two years and she was the main reason I wanted to attempt this again.

I don't want to share EVERY picture I've taken so far, but I thought it would be fun to share a few on this blog. I'm keeping a log of each photo and if I can, a short description of the day on another blog that I probably won't make public until I'm ready. I honestly just take photos of whatever I'm doing when I remember and I honestly live a pretty boring life.

Starting this year off, I ended up getting sick. Everything I ate made me want to throw up and so I mostly laid in bed and watched Netflix with Greg. Hence why most of the start of the year was me in bed with Greg. I barely left my room, it was miserable. I bought some books the other night to start working on another goal of mine, reading more. I plan on going recaps of the books I read on this blog and sharing my recommendations with you all. I plan on tagging along with Grav3yardgirl each Wednesday to share with you 10 pages of my "Wreck This Journal". If you would like to join me, I could always create a link up each week or you can leave your links in the comments, let me know if that sounds cool to you guys.

I'm proud of myself for sticking to this, even though it may not be the best photos and they're all taken from my iPhone. I really encourage you all to start a photo a day project. If I keep up with it, I think it will be fun to look back on at the end of the year.

Have you ever started a 365 project? How did you do on it?

  1. Girl, it's been hard trying to keep up! I started this project on January first (can't believe we're already 21 days into the year! Yikes!) It's a great way to remember what you were doing on what day. I love it :)

  2. I love the idea too! It's just super hard to remember to take a photo + honestly, most days I do a lot of nothing and I wanted my pictures to be a mixture of things. Once things start rolling, I'll have more photos to share. I would love to see what you've done so far!

  3. This is awesome! I'm sure your photography will grown and get more inventive as the year progresses, too. I really hope you accomplish your goal!!
