Happy September! + a GIVEAWAY

Today is the first day of September and that means a few things. One of those things is that it's getting closer to Halloween, which is closer to my birthday and of course, fall. September is also a really special month to me because it's Spinal Cord Injury Awareness month. If you haven't been around for long or aren't sure what's up, I have a spinal cord injury and it's very important for me to spread awareness about the injury.

I know for me personally, I had no idea about spinal cord injuries until I was told I had one and I feel like that's a pretty common thing. Most people don't know about spinal cord injuries or how they can happen.  I thought I would do something fun to help spread awareness this month.. so I've teamed up with some blogger friends to host giveaways all month long.
