Did you know that there are approximately 11,000 new injuries occur each year? The actual percent changes from source but the highest amount of SCI are from car accidents, with falls coming in a close second. That means that a SCI can happen to anyone.
Don't have the mindset "that won't happen to me." because it could. I never thought I would be in the situation I'm in now + I had the mindset that I was young + invincible, obviously I was shown otherwise.
